The vision with Inventory Optimization is to empower planners with a tool that makes purchasing more accurate, simpler, and faster. The best way to achieve this is by combining data-driven insights and suggestions with the planners' expertise. We therefore encourage our partners to build a human-in-the-loop AI system, enabled by the Inventory Optimization API.

To make this vision clear, we have built a visiontype to communicate the components of a human-in-the-loop inventory purchasing system. The link to this is found below. If you don't have access, reach out to Moa. We are also more than happy to walk you through the UX, and show what existing Inventory Optimization partners have built with the API.

While these serve as handy guides to build quickly, keep in mind that you are completely free to modify the components as you see fit to your software, or build entirely different components.
